Our Love-It Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every vision board we create. If your poster arrives with a printing error, color defect, or damage from shipping, we will reprint your poster for free — no questions asked.
Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send you a brand-new poster at no cost.
Please note: The Love-It Guarantee covers the poster reprint. Frames are not included in the free reprint but can be reordered at a discounted rate.
Can I Return My Order?
Because every vision board is custom-made with your personal photos and design, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s a quality issue with your order, our Love-It Guarantee has you covered — we’ll reprint it for free.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package every order with care, but sometimes things happen during shipping. If your vision board arrives damaged:
- Take a photo of the damage (packaging and product)
- Email us at hello@yourvisionboard.io within 14 days of delivery
- We’ll send a free replacement poster — no need to return the damaged one
